Account and Data Deletion

At Wecs Labs, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can delete your Word Rush Live account and all associated data directly within the app, or by contacting us if you no longer have the app installed.

How to Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to permanently delete your account and data is directly through the Word Rush Live app. Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Word Rush Live app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
3. Scroll to the very bottom of the Settings screen.
4. Tap the Delete Account button.
5. Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account and data.

How to Request Deletion (If you uninstalled the app)

If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to delete your data without reinstalling it, you can request deletion via email to comply with Google Play policies:

1. Send an email to john@wecslabs.com from the email address associated with your Word Rush Live account.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Word Rush Live".
3. Include your in-game Username in the body of the email so we can locate your account.

Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within 14 days and send you a confirmation email.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Whether you delete your account in-app or via email, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account credentials (including Google or Apple linked authentication IDs).
• Your profile information, including your Name, Email Address, Username, and uploaded Profile Picture/Avatar.
• Your lifetime gameplay statistics, including games played, average scores, XP, and personal records.
• Your placement on all global and country leaderboards.

Data Retention

Please note that once your account is deleted, the action is irreversible. All accumulated points, XP, and leaderboard rankings will be permanently lost. We do not retain any of your personal data after the deletion process is complete, except where required by law for security, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping.
