Wecs Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates Word Rush Live (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

You may also use the App as a guest without creating a full account, in which case only limited device/session information is collected via our analytics provider.

• To analyze usage and improve App performance and features (via Firebase Analytics);
• To display advertisements within the App (via Google AdMob);

We use the following third-party service providers, who may collect and process information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase Analytics – analytics and app performance measurement. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob – displays in-app advertising and may use advertising identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. See Google Ads Policy.
• Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple – used solely to authenticate your account if you choose social login. See Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Do We Sell or Share Your Data?

We do not sell your personal information. We use Google Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob, which may collect certain device and usage identifiers for analytics and to deliver advertising within the App. These providers may process this information according to their own privacy practices, as described in the links above. We do not share your name, email, or avatar with advertisers.

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the App's features. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).

• You may update your name/username, email, or avatar within the App at any time (where applicable).
• You may delete your account and request deletion of your associated data by contacting us at john@wecslabs.com.
• You may limit ad tracking through your device's operating system settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
• Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
