These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Word Rush Live (the "App"), a word/board game application developed and operated by Wecs Labs ("Wecs Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Word Rush Live is a free-to-use word/board game similar in style to word-search competitive games such as Wordament. Features, gameplay, and content may change, be updated, or be discontinued at our discretion, with or without notice.
You may use the App as a guest or by creating an account. Account creation may be done via guest mode (anonymous authentication) or through third-party social login providers, including Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. Guest accounts are assigned an anonymous device-based identifier that is used to track your scores and leaderboard activity in the same way as a registered account. You are responsible for:

The App does not support user-generated content, with the exception of an optional profile picture/avatar that you may upload. By uploading an avatar image, you represent that you own or have the right to use that image, and you grant Wecs Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that image within the App for the purpose of operating your account and profile. All other content within the App (game boards, puzzles, graphics, audio, and gameplay materials) is created and owned by Wecs Labs or its licensors.
Word Rush Live's core gameplay is live and competitive: at the end of each round, your score is uploaded to our servers and published, together with your display name, avatar, and country, on global and national leaderboards visible to other players. This applies to guest accounts as well as registered accounts, as described in Section 3.
This Section, and the related disclosures in our Privacy Policy, are available to you within the App and from our App Store and Google Play listings before you play a round. By playing a round and submitting a score, whether as a guest or through a registered account, you acknowledge this Section and consent to the upload and public display of your data as described above. You grant Wecs Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and publicly display your display name, avatar, country, score, XP, and rank for this purpose, for as long as your account remains active or as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is free to use and may display advertisements served through Google AdMob. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
The App, including its name, logo, design, game mechanics, graphics, and all associated content (excluding your uploaded avatar), is the property of Wecs Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account and associated data at any time by following the steps at wecs-apps.web.app/wordrushlive/delete-account, or by contacting us at the email below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts, United States.
